Returns

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Incorrect size selection

- Ordering mistakes
- Any reason unrelated to product defects or shipping errors

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To help us process your request, please provide:

- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem

After reviewing your claim, if we determine that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Beauty and personal care products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.

Unauthorized Returns
